Wathee Kleethongchai
Affectionately called Max.
He comes packed full with experience for a chef in his mid twenties.
Working in commercial kitchens since the age of 11 there are few who could match his experience at such a young age. Max has the old school attitude of there being no such thing as time in a kitchen. He is conscience of each day passing by what he crafts and not by passing hours.
Max comes from a village south of Bangkok and attended a Buddhist temple run school. Where he absorbed deep concentration and focus skills, which is one of the most vital abilities when cooking an old world cuisine such as Royal Thai which is at odds with a fast paced modern world.
Max and Jason have walked side by side in the Thai culinary world for the past 10 yrs.
